THE WAY TO BEAT THE STRESS OF LEARNING
Studying
can be stressful. Exams are even more stressful. Maybe
you’re burning the midnight oil cramming to absorb as much
information as you can? Maybe it’s the pressure of taking
the exam itself? Perhaps it’s the fear of not being able to
get a passing grade—and all that that implies?
The
learning experience should be a positive, even joyful one.
Sadly, for many—children and adults—it is one that’s full of
stress and anxiety, and even depression.
Learning
how to learn through the Accelerated Learning method is one
proven, dynamic way of taking the stress out of studying.
But
sometimes you need more help. And that’s where nutritional
supplementation can have a very important role to play.
There is
considerable clinical evidence to support the use of herbal
supplements, especially those known as adaptogens. Much of
the research was conducted behind the Iron Curtain in the
former Soviet Union.
One
product we have identified and can recommend is called
Rhodaptin. It is a synergistic blend of the chief
ingredient, the Russian herb, Rhodiola Rosea, as well as
other adaptogens, the ginsengs and cordyceps. It also
includes DHEA, the most abundant hormone in the body, which
diminishes as we age, and is recognized in its ability to
deal with stress. Plus there are all of the co-factors that
your body needs to handle stress—all of the B vitamins, and
vitamins C and E—in effective, balanced amounts.
